Hello everyone, I'm needing a new/nos coolant temp gauge for my D2 anyone out there have one. I fear this maybe one of those get in line questions seem to be hard to find

go to the local parts joint and buy a mechanical type gauge you will get the same type of gauge. the cat ones were really a idiot light and only told you is it within range or not.

instead of perfection some times we just have to accept practicality

The temp gauge numbers for the 22 and the J model D2 do interchange.

another option just throwing out there for a mechanical coolant gauge is from A+I
-they make all kinds of old tractor parts etc....just bought one for an old Case tractor....reads on the button and inexpensive...$30...

I have 2 22 temp gauges. Both are used and work good ( I tested them) . The face on one is pretty bad $150 and the other is pretty good. but the bottom is rusted out. $100. I have 2 other gauges that look real good but don't seem to be real accurate . Both have different length cable for pickup. $50 each. The gaugees themselves are exacly the same as the originals. Hey brewzer the bottom black gauge without the operating range is what I need, it seem not to be real accurate is that correct?

Yes, the needle moves but is not accurate.
