What year would this be? Been sitting 15+ years, pony is stuck or seized, he thinks the main is free. Spent most of it's life running an irrigation pump.

Looks like the steering clutches are gone/rusted solid. Tell tale sign is the handles are way back.

Just a consideration to check. At least parts are available for those.

Everything's available to get it running again. The belt pulley can be repapered by paperpulleys.com. Steering from General Gear, other nicknacks from Florin, and OEM from Cat.
That's a very straight looking tractor, wouldn't mind that as a project. You can swap out the pony while repairing yours.
