cylinder bushing with crack

I would suggest replacing it. It may be from ware (loose) which caused the crack. But then again, you might want to check for a misaligned bell crank assem. or other lift linkage that may be out of line with the tilt cylinder, which in case could be the reason it has cracked, under heavy lifting.

Thanks Kelly... are they expensive??

I did not notice any abnormal wear on any of the bushings or pins. In fact I was very surprised at just how easy the whole thing came apart... I expected with cold grease for the pins to put up some sort of fight... I do have one bushing on the other cylinder that is loose in it's hole, but all others are firm... I haven't tried to take them out until I find out what the hydraulics folks want.

I'd be more concerned about the bushing that is loose in its bore that will continue to oversize the mounting. Normally I'd say the cracked one, so long as it is stationary in it's bore could be a keep an eye on it.....but seeing as how you will have the cylinder out anyway, might as well replace it.
