Thanks for the info. There was a bit of controversy regarding unfinished repairs. No one knew what became of that place.

In a previous thread about Craig's Magneto repair shop, I reported that I got a bizarre text response after a voicemail left for Craig asking for the return of a magneto I sent him in March of 2016. A third party must have been responsible for the response which somehow had his phone or his number. I did call Ron as suggested by westfork and asked if he could send my magneto back. Today it arrived in the original box I had used. Thank you Ron and best wishes for Craig and your family.

Glad you got your mag back. I went with an outfit called Mainly Magnetos out in Maine of course. Very fast response and knowledgeable. Might try them.

I've had very good results from Mainely Magnetos. I sent both my Eisemann from the 3J and the Bosch from the 5U to Steve and they came back a) looking brand new, and more importantly b) working as expected
