Everyone is invited to attend the Antique Construction & Farm Equipment Expo at the Patrick Ranch June 13 & 14, 2020: 10381 Midway Rd, Durham, CA 95928. Gates open at 8 a.m. The show features Ag, construction, military, and mining equipment. The chapter meeting is at 3 p.m. on Saturday. We should have new officers voted in at the April 4th meeting, so a new agenda with new ideas will be on the table. We'll also get updated on the national event in Oregon.

Be sure to RSVP for Saturday night dinner by June 1st, to Vicki Shandel: text or phone (530)521-5699, email [email protected]. Tickets are purchased for $35 ea, at the door. Make checks payable to Patrick Ranch; cash is good too. A no-host bar begins at 5:30 pm followed by dinner catered by the Patrick Ranch Saturday evening.

Clubs with insurance are invited to participate. Parking is available for transport vehicles: no on-site camping, no overnight RV. Walmart in Chico and the Gold River Casino in Oroville welcome your overnight stay.

Program: 10 am Tractor Pull, 11 am - 1:30 pm BBQ for a slight cost, 1 pm parade, plus equipment, draft horse, sheep, and bee demonstrations on both days. Best of all, we'll see the progress that EDGE and the Patrick Ranch are making on an equipment museum. It should be impressive.

Admission is $5.00 each. To support event costs.

Awesome! I’ve never attended a Patrick Ranch event ever, even though it’s only an hour from me now. I drive past it often delivering loads of fresh fruit for Smucker Quality Beverages which is maybe 2 miles away. Greg Shandel and Bentzdo are key parts of the new museum that is being formed.
I’m planning on bringing something old to play on.
Golden Greek aka D4Angelo has a sister that he can make an excuse to visit now.
Who else might be coming this way?
I can bring a couple more toys to play with if needed.
I can taste the BBQ already! JM

***Motels and lodging should be plentiful around Chico/Butte County area; I can compile a list of places to get rooms at, should anyone needing such***

My poor barn kitty “Smacky Jr.” doesn’t even have room to sleep in there. Some of my other kitties patiently wait their chance at sleeping indoors too.
If I put an umbrella on one of my fender tank D4s, proper brake pedals and all, you could sleep like a BIG baby. Hope to see many of you here. JM

Hi Neil! Yes, the golden state of California. Not much on my end, but the SoCal bunch has received quite a bit I’ve been told. Hey, it’s still winter time here. We had a bone dry zero precipitation month of February. Weather was too nice. Many forgot its still winter.
Maybe you need to get your CAT appetite whetted by staying here awhile longer!
