Cat Sixty Five 2D1 Restoration Update

I will try to post some more photos of my slow progress on my Cat Sixty Five, s/n 2D1. At the rate that I am going it might be done in a year or so. I have the track roller frames about 3/4 assembled. the rollers are all rebuilt and on and I have the new dirt guards bolted on the frames. The roller seal washers were shot so I had them lazered out of stainless. Out of two sets of roller bearings I gathered enough good ones to make a set. I am now in the process of making new recoil spring bolts out of grade 7 all thread.

What a project! Looks beautiful. Look forward to more photos over the coming year. GWH
