Someone out there must have a year, serial number breakdown of these tractors.
Better yet how about what tractors were built on a particular day.....
I am requesting some confirmation. I have two units and one has NO serial number tags.
I did find what appears to be a date code on both behind the rear cylinder jug on the flat of the block right side.
#S9703 stamped
2
14
30

#Unknown stamped
378 (larger different font)
4
27
29

They are stamped in manner indicated. Is that the build date?
For the unknown machine this would be April 27, 1929?
Thanks in advance for any information.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
