I would like to check the valve clearance on my tractor but according to the instructions you need to run it for several hours to get it hot and then check the clearance within 10 to 20 minutes of stopping. Running it for several hours wouldn't be very convenient because of all the dust it would create for the neighbors, not to mention that I'm getting to the age now that I can't seem to get much of anything done within 10 minutes anymore.😊 I was hoping that someone here might have set there valves hot and then checked them again cold to get an idea of what the difference might be?
Thanks guys,
Randy
