I measured three complete steering clutch assemblies the best I could that are laying round my shop as follows:
All are assembled with 7 floater rings and 7 Fiber Disks.

#1 Stack= 2.650" Fiber disk= .310"
#2 Stack= 2.625" Fiber Disk= .300"
#3 Stack=2.710" Fiber Disk= .310"
I have a pile of unriveted linings that some look new but not sure and they measure .125" to .140" thick. Seems the majority measure .125"
If you add the steel toothed piece (.065") and two of the loose disks I have ; that comes to .315" .
I'll be into all that when I get to assembling my 15 in the next few months I hope. I maybe changing out some perhaps.

The springs not sure but you may be able to figure out the strength by measuring the wire diameter. I don't have any clutch packs taken apart to get the overall height .

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
