cant find d2 filter tower fuel drain

I know there has to be a drain on this thing but all I can find are the two bolts for the transfer pump a weep drain and a flat plate with 2 bolts closer to block. Where am I missing the drain plug. Please help. This is on 55 d25u. Thanks

It may be that plate, the drain pipe may have gotten broken off and the previous owner just put a plate on for a cover. remove it and see what comes out.

If anyone has one off or easy access to take a picture of the bottom of the tower showing the drain I would appreciate it. I think he is correct that it was removed and blocked off

My parts book shows a 2 bolt plate with a drain pipe and a plug at the bottom of the pipe.
