First was the Diesel Fifty
then a couple of real cheap D4's
Was lookin for a Cat 60 but found a BEST 60 instead
Now im the proud owner of a Thirty Ser#PS90

It was stuck but turned out to be just vapor seized. Rebuilt the mag and made new wires, changed the oil and plugs, made sure that there wasn't any stuck valves. Primed it up and it started with about the 5th pull. Its got pretty bad left hand turn syndrome and needs most of the idlers rebushed but other than that it definently became worth the $ 2,000 i gave for it.
So far its the only "running" crawler i have but im workin on changing that. The BEST is for the most part tore down to the frame and undercarriage, So im makin progress there.

That is a nice piece of your sickness. Some sicknesses are evil, some are beautiful. Yours is beautiful.
My wife says I turned a hobby into an obsession and from an obsession to just plain crazy.
I told her this craziness keeps me from going insane.
I collect old tractors, old engines, old military vehicles, fast new motorcycles, sports cars and hot rods. But it does keep me from collecting girlfriends and that's the one thing my wife does approve of.😄

That is a real nice thirty. Be careful of getting a running tractor because it only makes the sickness worse. I also keep telling the wife that getting the tractors is better than getting a girlfriend but she doesnt want me to have any of it. But I slowly sneak things in. You can tell your sickness by how sneaky you are.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
