BeGe model 1000

The four bolt flange that connects the valve body to the pump, is seeping, and I would like to know what kind of material should be used for resealing the flange.

Most gaskets in Bege stuff I have been in had paper gasket from the heavy stock,have one valve that is all o rings.Associated Tractor(they are listed in parts sticky)has the gaskets and o rings for the common stuff.They are not cheap but some times considering the alternatives they are not so bad. Never found a source for 1/4 in o rings with 1 in ID for us on the 650,850 control valves so I payed there price,and saved a lot of oil.

Thanks for the info Ray. Now if I can only find time to tear it apart.

Have you checked California Industrial Rubber for O rings? They have a huge selection.
