That really sucks. As soon as I read “buying it on the phone “ I thought something was going wrong.

Best to deal on things like that in person I guess.

Too bad there are * * * holes that prey on honest trusting folks. Could have been worse and much more money but never the less very disheartening.

A few years back I sent numerous items from Brake lines to Steering wheels to a guy in UK named Senator30 but he always paid for the items with no problems. Too bad a few jerks have to cause all the problems.

Someone on one of the boards set up a transaction center where the payment was made to a third party and kept in escrow until the parts or machines were delivered. Don't know which board or if it ever was a success.

I will finish this post just as soon as I get off the phone with a Nigerian that wants to direct deposit 1.5 million USD in my checking account.
