I bought a small go pro video camera and thought I would try it out on my D4 at the show. It's our first year having a play area and turned out great. We would love to get more equipment working next year, so if anyone is interested mark your calendars for Aug 21-23. Show is located in Baraboo,WI

Matt,

What a great job you did on the Mack!!!! We need more pics of it!!!! One of my first memories of riding to school was on a 1949 Mack school bus in upstate NY. How did you come across it? I haven't seen one of those models in years.

The show looks like it was fun. Hope you can get more out next year.

Allen set up a nice work area. Jay worked away with his NW 25. He would dig thy tench and you filled it in. Four Chapter 4 Members were there to help. We even brought Erik Welch's Russel Grader up to help put on the show. Allen put on a nice show. It will grow as time goes by. Believe me I have been there and done that.
I hope to see Allen and Jay in a little less than two weeks in Edgerton.
If you are interested bring your machine down as on Saturday of the show, Kent Bates will be there to practice his 2-4-6-8 push. We always have room for a few more.
Your video was very nice. Well done.

Thanks for the neat video. Those Go-Pro things are quite the camera. My son uses one when he snowmobiles. What year model is the D-4?

Thanks Guys, attached are some pictures of the Mack. I bought this truck already restored from an ATHS member in California. Also the dozer is a 1950 D4 7U.

Terry and Chuck, sorry I missed you on Saturday. It was a busy weekend as we took 11 pieces of equipment to the show. I am planning on coming down to Edgerton on Friday only. I won't be able to bring any equipment down, but will look you up when I'm there.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
