Over 5 months ago I ordered the D47U with4S blade and #44 hydraulic unit in 1/16 scale. I was told it should be arriving to me in June, but July is now here and I'm still waiting. I now see that they are for sale on Ebay.....Does anyone know what's going on? Has anyone received these models yet?

In a recently posted subject 1/16 D4 Model it was mentioned that they began shipping last Wednesday. With the holiday and being mid week upon shipping, many will receive them in the near future. I can only assume that shipping a great number of models takes a great amount of time and work to coordinate. Sounds like they are in process so keep your eyes peeled for the delivery person.

Thanks for the detailed reply, Pete. I must admit that I was starting to get a little worried when I saw the model of the D47U for sale on Ebay yesterday. I called this morning but the office was closed so I thought I would post on the board to see what was up.

Hey Team,

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who contributed to this D4 model... It's Awesome. And to The ACMOC Staff... Wow, Great service. I had my daughter order it less than a week ago, and when I got back from hauling the Siamese Twin D8, it was already on my desk waiting for me...
Thanks Everyone, Great Job!!!!

Kudos to the model commitee on this one, i think the steps they took to develop this model were bang on and stiff $%^& if we had to wait a little longer to get it due to issues being corrected, it will sit on our shelves for a long time and id rather it be sitting there right than something erking me on it.

Well done to all involved and look forward to the announcement of the next in the series

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
