A few Announcements regarding Club business and activities

Hello!

We have a few things coming up that I want you to be aware of:

#1 - The Club will be represented at the upcoming "100 Years of Caterpillar" Show at the Earthmoving Legacy Center in Elkader, Iowa. Stop in and say hello, and we will have some goods/giveaways for you there. we are also looking for members that could spend 1-2 hours in the booth, if you can help your Club out, let me know here or email [email protected] with "Volunteer" in the subject line.

#2 We will be having online AGM meetings in late October or early November, stay tuned for dates and times with the links to join the meetings.

#3 We will be holding Board of Director elections late this fall, if you would like to nominate someone or yourself, send an email to [email protected] with "Nominee" in the subject line. All nominees should be in by October 15th. We will hold the election starting November 10th with voting closing on December 10th.

We will send mailers with the details for Board nominations and the voting process as well as post reminders here and in the next magazine. Voting and counting will be handled by a non-biased third party.

Bumping this back up to the top - We could use some of your time at the show, several Aussies are coming and they have offered, which is generous given the expense they are going to, it would be great to have some "locals" as well!
