Which are the most important rollers to replace to keep tracks from coming off.

There are a set of NEW D5 chains and pads for sale on Facebook Market Place. Kelseyville Calif. I dont know how to post a link. That might solve your problem.

Possibility of excessive internal pin and bushing wear? I have a family D4C 40A series that measured usable height, but the tracks were "snaky" (too sloppy).
Even if I tightened to the maximum, they still managed to come off. At 10,000 plus hours, she got a well deserved set of tracks.
Show us a photo, perhaps someone can spot the issue. JM
