While working on the interlock, I noticed the clutch brake was gone again. I've put one on it before, but I don't reckon I had the adjustment right as it didn't last but about 150 hours or so. Looking in my service manual it's only got the adjustment dimension for the spring type linkage shown in the parts manual for tractors up to serial 1388. Mine has the solid linkage shown from 1389 up. The service manual is a genuine Cat Form RE00034 for 74A1-up and 76A1-up. Am I missing something in the manual? Anyone have any other info? Any help would be appreciated.
