Great Pictures as usual, I'd guess you are top dressing the wheat. Most of the wheat in our country had that done in the last couple weeks. I finished last Saturday evening. We had a 60 to 80 percent chance of rain every day this week, which would have been ideal to carry the fertiliser into the ground. But the weatherman missed it and we have had no rain at all. Oh well, maybe next week.

Yo Jim! Not exactly...in the first three pics we were applying a tank mix of
Clearmax & Barrage, with a combination of Coran & Solution 32 in the carrier....only get about 2lbs of N out of that deal....it's not intended as
a top dress, but is used to burn the wheat ( and the targert weeds) back a
little so that the Clearmax will work. The target weeds in this case are Goat
Grass, Cheat Grass & Rye ( for the Clearmax) and the Barrage should pick off
the broadleaf weeds. The fourth shot is one were we switched to Ally Extra
& Barrage to do a little bordering.....like along side this cherry orchard.

That gives are fly boy buddies a little cushion to avoid any spray drift
damage......😉
