Dang it, man, one step forward and one backwards. You got the winch on but the seat fell off.

Those 'Jesus Boots' track shoes look like that tractor could almost walk on water.

I DO like those 'beefed-up' fenders. Thanks for sharing.

Yes it seems like a lot of back and forth, especially grafting u series stuff on a t series.

The seat is back on but has to come back off because the under seat tool box bracket is hitting the winch controls. The parts tractor had 4 inch channel under the seat mounts, now I guess I know why. I put 3 inch on mine , which is what I normally use.

The wide pads are definitely floaters.

I think the fenders turned out good.

The winch and drawbar are all back together and tightened down

Thank You for the progress reports/photographs. Those wide pads are greatly appreciated in soft materials, make a big difference when trying to turn with a load. - cts
