Another great show again this year. And we had a big help from the six Chum Duffy boys who came over from Pennyslvania to help wrench and skin Cats.

The 2019 Awards have been announced as follows:

Best Display Machine Award goes to Denny Bouzard of D J Bouzard Equipment, Inc. of Santa Maria for displaying his beautifully restored Caterpillar Model 14B Motor Grader which also ran dirt all weekend. Paso Bob has already provided the photos and details of this machine here on the board.

Cat Skinner Award goes to one of the Chum Duffy crew boys, Robert, who successfully operated the Cat 660 scraper for the entire Sunday morning earthmoving display without breakdown. Bob also mastered the apron and ejector operation of that machine pulling full loads each and every round and developed a technique to get the ejector to return after dumping each load.

Cat Skinner Award (Runner-Up) goes to Jim Duffy for his skills in operating most of the machines in the pit and his outstanding wrenching skills, re-stringing the ejector circuit on the DW-20 two times.

Earthmoving Display Administration Award goes to Dirt Boss "Sergeant" Deas for co-ordinating the earthmoving display, organising his loose crew of Cat Skinners and running a safe earthmoving show again this year without incident.

Congratulations to all.
