This morning, June 19, 2023 the following documents were sent to Subsidiary chapter Presidents in order to outline the steps required to transition to a Contract chapter. Also included are the steps to close a chapter (if needed) and a new chapter agreement. These are being posted here so that all members can see the changes that the Club is making and for all to understand how easy this process really is
