Well, Does not look like anyone from the club is going to answer your question .So here goes from an unofficial source.
Looks like the club will never release any more new models .I think I read somewhere that the model committee has been disbanded .I think it has been 7 years since the D4_7U model was released . I have searched , but cant find when the D4-2T was released .But sure it was after the 7U.

the models program was scrapped due to the high cost of getting them made and more importantly storing the stock.
models are pretty much a one off purchase once you have a particular model in your collection you dont buy another one.

what could work for models and other merchandise is to have a fulfilment company do it for the club. they charge a fee per item and they do the storage and dispatch of the products.
these companies can do it easier and cheaper simply because of scale they work for hundreds of companies and thousands of items so the cost for each item is much less. and the fast moving things subsidise the slower moving stock. this also costs money to set up something the club doesnt have.

Better yet to have links to the wider modeling community. There are a number of companies in that field, and more as 3D printing becomes more widespread. I'm just finishing a 1/48 scale Cat 12 now.  They can be found in many scales and finished or as kits.  This is a kit I am assembling but most of this is printed in the assembled condition.
