WTB water Pump for Cat 12 / 318

Hello all,

Looking for a rebuilt water pump for a Cat 12 Motor Grader.

Housing says 5H1037. Can find rebuild kits, but no luck on one ready to R&R

Can you post this link to the rebuild kits, please? Sometimes it is grab the service manual and do the work your self.

Unless your housing or impeller is bad, they are easy to rebuild. Just a gasket, bearing, and the seal.

It looks like this but is now new packaging and aftermarket, available from Off Road Equipment and Parts. I will get a part no. and/ or link and report back. In the meantime if I can source a ready to plug and play pump I would gladly pay for someone's time and effort to rebuild. If not I will pull ours and cross my fingers that the shaft and impeller are still reusable . We rebuild Banjo trash pumps, and aircraft spray pumps with regularity, so the concept of rebuilding another centrifugal pump is not completely lost on us ;)

Rebuilding one myself, coincidently. The ceramic ring for the seal is not included. (You may know this) It comes cemented (glued) on the pump impeller. Not sold seperately either. Just discovered this. So if you need a ceramic face, it comes with the impeller only.

New impeller comes with ceramic face. Not available seperately. Just recieved this one today. Cost is just under $300.

Yes! No seal here. Can I ask where you found an impeller? I haven't been able to source one.
