Looking for:Fork& caps to mount rear ripper bar on back of 760A Deere .I think same as 760 Deere.The machines i have seen scarifier on where western states .I talk to a guy from CA he said a lot iron has gotten cut up for scrap because rules & regulations.He said a lot of parts machine+some where runners scrap yard were paying good $$ for steel 6-8 years ago .I guess should have done same thing. ?? I know it's not a cat but it old & moves dirt.Thanks

One of customers I move has 4-760As . He has been running as many as six for years. I will ask him tommorow fir a parts source.

I was recently kicking around on the General Gear (Boise ID) website and noticed a JD 6 wheel scraper being parted out in the background of one of the pictures. Search General Gear as I don't have the contact info or check for it in the "Cat parts source list" in the Discussion section here.

I was recently kicking around on the General Gear (Boise ID) website and noticed a JD 6 wheel scraper being parted out in the background of one of the pictures. Search General Gear as I don't have the contact info or check for it in the "Cat parts source list" in the Discussion section here.

JanM I called general gear they had nothing for 6 wheeler Deere .Thank for looking.
Wide track I am going to send you the phone number of the guy who has ran 760 scrapers for years,he may even have the part you need.

d4e That sounds good,It would nice to talk to someone that been around one.I have trans pulled apart ,clutch packs out.Transmission oil pump not making P.S.I. Damage to pump low or no oil, Gears scar up.Have New Pump! Will be pulling Rear axel/axels checking wet brakes.One axel outter bearing loose (replacing seals that's leaking & bearing. Hopefully out this spring/ summer moving dirt?? Like to have ripper bar on it (See how she acts) saying from my late grandfather.I'll try to get kids to post photos . 1st time getting into a Power shift !!! Thank to all.

d9don I tried all on list.Some parts places Sent out on WIRE no Luck. Probably need to find one behind a barn ? Thanks for info

Up Date:Moving on pasts the auction that had a hitch still on bowl . But no caps to mount ripper bar on hitch.(Was thinking about buying bowl & stripping on site).Auction was ok with that idea.They were not to accommodating on any info.(Mabey a photos).The more they talked about the thing they would do (Not Do)made me think forget this idea.Let alone depending on them ,for loading or help loading you'd be on there scheduled/Ruels /property!! May attempt going to a future.( NOW I'm On A mission ) Going back over notes names of yards & who I talk to and some that did not give you the time of day. Called one yard 3-5 years ago .But
