Have you still got your old lines? My lines are all in pretty bad shape too and I was planning on just reusing the hose ends and just drilling the pipe out / brazing in new pipe. The shutoff valve on mine was broken also so it is currently sitting at the local jewlers who are going to weld it back together using 12carat gold (gold alloy so it is strong). I couldnt think of anyone else that would be able to weld something that intricate other than a jewellery maker.

Might not be of help but some ideas none-the-less.

In that case, If you need me to measure up a hose end on mine so that you can turn up some new ones in the lathe let me know and I will do a drawing.

You can buy the nuts and ferrules from Cat still - I bought some last year for my buddy's HT-4 which uses basically the same lines. If you were to get some brake line in that size, you could just bend, make, and solder your own

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
