Hi David, it won't be original but if you google "clasp for padlock" a few options will come up, for around $10. I have a part # for the toolbox assembly (3B3460) but it doesn't itemize the clasp so I suspect if Cat has them, you'd need to see if they're listed separately. Perhaps a call to the Parts Dept. might yield one that would do the job?
