Looking for an oil pressure gauge for my CAT 60. Parts book says its a 2814A. Would like to get a brass CAT gauge. Repairable is OK. if I can't find one, does someone know of a suitable replacement? I had some modern "after-market" one that was showing low oil pressure. I replaced it with a borrowed CAT original guage and that showed I had great pressure.

Thanks

Unless you are certain that one gauge is correct an the other incorrect, I would test with a third gauge.

If you can't find original, 2814A, 2-13/16" gauge, is updated to 2H3129 or 4B2796, 2-3/16" gauge, and 4B8392 or 4B6214 bracket and 2 9F9327 screws.

Guys ,

Thanks for all the help. Still looking for a correct gauge but will buy a 5M1065 from Zeigler tomorrow. They have one in stock that will substitute and cross-references to the 4B2796 and the 2H3129. It is obviously not the correct one but I need a working oil pressure gauge and that will have to do until I can find the correct old one. New one is 1/8 pipe thread nipple centered on the back of the gauge, 2 3/16 wide with a green- red-white face

Thanks again
