Just looking at the pictures. PV13 has the wrong drawbar brackets/drawbar (Twenty Two style) on it but the parts tractor has a correct set. The plates that sandwich the drawbar on the parts tractor look home made. I was going to say that the front fuel tank brackets were incorrect for that early a tractor but I was looking at pictures of the parts tractor.
Thanks
Ken

Hi Team,
it is possible that V13 is the Part Number for the side panel of the radiator.
There are many low P/number V prefix parts on theses small machines.
Cheers,

wouldn't the s/n be stamped at engine flange to oil pan?

If you enlarge the picture, you can see PV 13. The 10s also had the serial # stamped in that area also

It was typical of the very early 10s and 15s to have the number stamped on the radiator side panel.

Hi Team,
indeed, the picture when magnified greatly shows the P is just visible--reason I usually rub school board chalk over such numbers to better highlight them especially for photographic purposes.
Seems odd to put the S/No on a vulnerable piece like that.
Thanks.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
