Yes. Your eyes are not wrong. There is a twist on the shaft.

How could a d2 do that I’ve never even seen a bent shaft on a tractor
jack-knifed with connected pto implement, in reverse. Maybe going forward???? I believe when you use a add on pto gearbox you need to extend the drawbar. Something about SAE specs.
