yikes
Pretty sure thats not out of a d4
Hi Team,
that is a later style pony possibly from a later D7E, D8H or D9H by the number of bolts retaining the sump pan.
Viewing some casting numbers of the elbows etc. may help tie it down a bit closer.
The two bolt exhaust mount to the main engine block is similar to that shown in the only late D8H Parts Book I have for the British 68A629-up machines sold here in Australia.
I stand to be corrected.
Or else the D4 has had a significant heart transplant---LOL.
Cheers,
Eddie B.
Would this be off a 977K? Grandpa had one of those he converted to electric.
Bump, if this doesn't sell soon it is going to scrap.
Hi Rod, if you're going to scrap it, can you let me know what scrap will give you for it. I don't need the whole thing but will take it off your hands. I actually just need rods but will take the whole engine. Let me know your local Fastenal and I'll get it shipped to me
Sale fell through on this. If someone else wants it please let me know or it will go to scrap. The scrap dumpster is setting for it to go into. Price dropped to $450 you pick up. PM me for more info. Located in Carlinville, il.
