Looks more like 30's to me. Has 3 cyl engine with the flange body pumps, same as D35, D40 and early RD6. Too bad its in Ca, looks to be a steal.

Boy I wish it was nearer to me - $1k AND it runs. I have about three jobs already for it.. oh well

It is an "Auto Patrol", not a later "Motor Grader". From the 1930s. GWH
