I have for sale a complete Sand Blasting Setup.  It includes an older Ingersol Rand 80 CFM gasoline compressor,  a shop built pressurized sand tank with hoses and a shop built sand regulator valve,  a shop built Sand Dryer and Screening machine, and a fresh air breathing system which includes a Nova 2000 Sand Blasting Helmet and a Bullard EDP16 Fresh Air Pump.  This sand blasting system will run for about an hour on a full tank of sand.  I buy Masonry Sand from a local Cement Company by the ton, run it through my sand drier which dries the sand and screens out the small rocks which will not go through the nozzle and store it in a metal 55 gallon barrel until I need to sandblast something..  I have used this system to sand blast truck cabs, wheels, dozers, truck beds and anything else I need cleaned before painting.  I put this system together for my own use, not to do commercial sandblasting. The air compressor also has an 80 pound jack hammer and a rock drill with it.  It is powered by a 4 cylinder gasoline motor.  The sand tank is shop built out of  a heavy tank with a shop built sand valve and  about  25 feet of sand blasting hose.  The sand drier is a shop built machine with a pipe with paddles inside which rotates making the sand  flow through a blast of hot air from a propane burner.  At the end of the pipe is a screen which screens out all the rocks which will not go through the nozzle on the sand tank.  The EDP 16 Fresh air pump provides 20 psi of breathable air to the Nova 2000 Sand Blast Helmet.  They are connected with a 50 foot hose which allows the fresh air pump to be outside of the sand blasting area for clean breathable air.  Sandblasting with Silica Sand can create severe health issues without proper breathing equipment.  I have used this system for several years without any problems.  The ability to dry and screen locally purchased sand makes this a cheap system to use.  You are welcome to come look at the system and actually try it out to see if it would meet your requirements. I will set it up and you can try before you buy.  Located in Saint Robert Missouri.  Phone number 573 433 nine two seven seven 20230206_101706[1].jpg20230206_102447[1].jpg20230206_102939[1].jpg20230206_102543[1].jpg20230206_101948[1].jpg

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
