The one part I bought from them, a glow/start switch made in Turkey was a piece of garbage that I wanted to return. Was asked why and told them the switch housing was loose and not water resistant. They said they have sold lots of them with no issues so I'm wondering if some recognize crap when they see it. Didn't get any hassle on refund. They didn't want the switch back so it went in the garbage where it belonged.

More to the story....
Bought two new switches from Tornadoparts.com this time made in Italy. Second time I turned the knob it locked in the start position (glad it was on the bench and not connected to the starter). Was readily replaced and the defective one also went in the garbage. Guess there is a problem with making gypo switches.
Makes you wonder about the rest of the stuff. Kind off reminds me of the "junkyard guarantee". If it doesn't work bring it back and we'll give you another one that doesn't work.

I have purchased several thousands of dollars of parts from off road and to date i have not had any problems.
I like the options they offer when purchasing: New Caterpillar, New old Stock or aftermarket.
I have not purchased any aftermarket stuff only new or nos, been very pleased with service and speed of transactions.

Sorry to hear that about your experience with that part. Good to hear that you were refunded for the part and understand your frustration. Hopefully next time we can locate you a new cat surplus part for your needs at a great price.

Sorry we do not ship to the United Kingdom. Your best option in this case would be to use a freight forwarder.
