Hello ACMOC community,I am listing a vintage 1930s Caterpillar D2 crawler tractor project machine for sale in Washington.Key Details:Price: $3,500 Or Best Offer (OBO)Identification: Has the original "Caterpillar" branding clearly visible on the front radiator header.Stamp/Serial: Housing is stamped with number 15073.Engine: Gas-powered engine configuration. The main engine turns over and spins freely (it is not seized).Blade Attachment: The front dozer blade setup is completely intact. Please note the hydraulic system is currently not working, so it is currently operating as a manual lift up and down.Condition: Sits stationary in weathered, as-is condition. It would make an excellent, complete project for someone looking to do a full restoration.Logistics:Buyer is responsible for all logistics, winching, loading, and transportation from its current location. Please send me a private message (PM) directly here on the forum if you have any questions or want to make an offer. I can provide more photos upon request. Thanks!

[email protected] --- No pictures posted, try again. There should be a serial number tag on the left side of the engine. also on the left rear of the tractor. Posting that number will help. You list as D2 and then state gas powered engine. Is this a Diesel or Gasoline machine? The difference in Gasoline or Diesel may make a difference in your offerings. How do you determine hydraulics do not current work if the machine does not run? Condition of tracks, rollers, sprockets, steering clutches, will all make a difference in the price. - cts

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
