for sale Cat 22, Cat 10, cletrac HG42

I might regret doing this, but due to age and health issues I don't think I will be getting around to restoring these units. The cat 22 engine runs,mag rebuilt, radiator does not leak, has good oil pressure, good engine clutch and trans but the steering clutches are frozen (was parked inside since the 1950"s) used as an orchard tractor locally. The cat ten has all parts, including an excellent carb, clean rust free gas tank, the manifolds are poor (rusted through), the engine is free and I rotate it regularly, one track is binding with frozen pins in a short section (makes it hard to move). The cletrac engine runs well, clutch has a little throwout bearing noise and one front idler wheel needs a bearing/bushing? I will include the British American Dealer sign you see on my garage and the Bowser Red Devil (circa 1913) that you see in the one picture.
