I don't know much about Caterpillar equipment but this one belonged to a local farmer and was backed into it's covered parking spot years ago and he became to old to use it, he has since past away and now it must go. I was told he bought it to pull a plow but the gearing didn't work well. I took a lot of pics, and have more if you are interested. This has a military owned tag on it. I think that's the one I got off e bay a month ago . Got it home 2 weeks ago , got it running and sprung a major water pump leak . Have the pump shaft at the machine shop now .

If anyone had any more info on this interesting cat I'd love to hear it.

That is so cool i have picks of my uncles in CA running those almost new leveling land in the winter with curtains warped around the front to the drivers side to get heat like you used to do on the old cats to get any kid of heat you could LOL ! many of cold day,s it look,s to be the same one to me hope you get it fixed and going !!!!!!!
