Winch is in NH, I can load it on site with another machine.

I don't see ever using this and I am in need of funds to fix Brutus's pony or converting to an electric start ... so I am open to parting with the winch.

It is currently off the machine on a pallet ... didn't come with the lever arms but it does work last time it was on the machine.

Wow! Brutus has the "in seat starting" which I rarely ever see, and the 2 speed reverse as well! JM

Yeah I was pretty spoiled when the pony motor was working 😄 Mag gear blew and don't have time to rebuild the motor right now so likely will convert to electric till I have a chance to go through the process of figuring out what if anything needs to be "fixed" with the pony to prevent blowing another mag gear :/

The guy that originally owned it was doing forestry work with it if I recall ... wider tracks, welded on role cage, 4 way blade which used an extended generator to power the pump ... lots of unique things on this machine ... and man can it push when it is running well 😄 It eats gear oil though since there is a small hole in one of the casings (rear left if I recall) and the seal on rear right is bad.

You can maintain some of the originality by adding 12V electric starter in the housing, which should be tapped and bored for such already. I have encountered a couple of blown magnetos due to over revving. I have some tractors here with both DE and pony motors. Great for either lazy days or cold ones. JM

I am looking to add the electric start for sure ... just need to source the parts to do it, I have a couple tabs open but haven't committed to it yet. We need this machine running this year vs just using our backhoe so it is on my list of things to do. Selling the winch is an effort to fund the electric start 😉

I’m interested in the winch, or local but would pay to ship if the numbers work.
Thanks Joe

Can somebody, with more knowledge than me, tell me if this will work on a 955H 60A track loader??
