Hi All,

Does anybody have a part number for the copper sealing washer that is used on the fuel return line on a d4 2t? The line I am referring to is hard line that goes to each of the four injectors. It is secured to the top of each injector with a banjo fitting and seals with two copper washers. I am missing a couple of the washers and would like to get replacements. I have seen many places that sell assortments of the sealing washers, but I am not sure what size I need or if there is anything special about the ones used on the injectors.

Thanks
Daniel

My D4 5T book says they are a "Gasket" 1F1569, I bought some recently so they are available.

Thanks Mike. I called up my local Cat dealer and they were able to confirm that 1F1569 was the right number. They ordered some for me. They were a little expensive at $0.70 a piece, but only needing a few I didn't figure it would break the bank.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
