Caterpillar 65 diesel for sale

Found this tractor out on some land my family recently purchased and posting it for them. Best offer takes it home. Engine wont turn over and oil pan is busted. Don't see any major failure like a connecting rod or anything like that. The ground has been known to flood on occasion and maybe water busted it in the winter, but we don't know.
