Cat Twenty for sale

I'm selling my Cat Twenty that is located in the Houston, Texas area. This two digit machine is in exceptional condition for it's age. It runs well and starts easy. The front sheet metal is the only non-original on the tractor. It was provided by one of our own and was installed after I took these pictures. I'll take a few more pictures tomorrow with the new sheet metal installed.

It has all the original tags and the fenders are in exceptional condition for a machine this old. This tractor also has exceptional intake/exhaust and carb. The replacement intake/exhaust and carb cost me a significant percentage of what I'm asking for the whole tractor.

Now for the bad news. It has a minor water leak out the gland on the water pump. Probably needs to be repacked. I tightened the gland nuts and have almost stopped the leak, but not quite. It needs paint and it needs a gas tank cap. I machined one out of PVC that works until the proper brass one can be located.

I'm asking $4000 or best reasonable offer.
