3. A rebuildable or ready to use ensign carb ours is broke in half.
4. A lower coolant tube
5. Need both front track idlers and shafts.
6. Need an original tail seat.
7. Need a hand crank.
8. Need the side hood panels and rear fenders.
9. Need the control lever bracket for hand levers.
10. Need a usable manifold (ours is busted).
11. Need a oil psi gauge.
12. Need the manifold heat control lever and shaft.

Looks like a nice well worth restoring 10,

For valves I used New Eaton valves we matched up for size and cut down the stem to work with the original Cat keepers.
The ensign carbs come up for sale from time to time, here and on e bay
The lower coolant tube is very common to rot out, make a new one, 2 flanges and a tube with a 90 radius.
Many people make oversized from front idler shafts to make up for worn front idler bearings.
Scott Flint makes the louvered side hood panels
Steve Weaver, aka sideseal might still make fenders
Rosewood machine makes manifolds for the 10
This list should keep you busy for a few days.

I have many of the parts you need. Valves, mag, carb Idlers crank Exhaust and intake manifold, oil gauge and heat control lever. I can also advise you on some of the other parts.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
