It looks like a D315 with a bunch of modifications - injector pump, modified manifold to support the turbo (I like what he did there), JD-style clip-on fuel filter, alternator conversion, spin-on hydraulic filter - didn't see where the hydraulic pump is mounted but I would assume that it's on the front
