#46 Hydraulic Tank Casting 7F5759

I am restoring D6 8U serial #768. One of the mounting ears has broken off the left side of the cast hydraulic tank. It is borderline repairable by welding but I am afraid the heat will destroy the control valve machining and the pump machining. I live in central Alberta and would be willing to travel to neighboring provinces or states to pick up a suitable tank casting. The parts search function on Machinery Trader came up with two that said "alternate parts number" 7F5465 so the part number may have changed. One of the two listed was in Alberta, CA. Worth a shot to look it up and check it out.

I show the 7F5759 as being replaced by 7F5465 or a 1J0024.
