I hate to say it but I have to sell my 1952 D69U. It is running but needs a selenoid for the starter to work well. Currently the back three cyllinders are not working, but it seems minor (no cover on the exhaust (and I was too stupid to know better). It is 24 volt, with an altenater. The hydraulics work, and apparently the winch works. I just got it last year and have never used the winch, but I have operated the dozer a bit. Others have told me it looks like it was well taken care of.
So, here's where things get interesting: The previous owner was building another, so he had a tonne of spare parts (I literally mean that!). Bearrings, transmissions, steering boosters, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cyllinders, final drive parts, starters, levers, filters, a massive amount of 'bolts'... I have all the parts in a spread sheet.
Everything needs a good home. But, you have to take everything.
I would like to get 10K, or a reasonable offer, or your advice.
