Some would say as the Judds song " Mama he's crazy" but I am hitting the road, heading to Wichita and Ness, Kansas to pick up my Cat 22 and Austin pull grader. Can't wait to get them home. I know it should be a cat grader but this one is in mint condtion (except for rust) but must have been parked before to much HP was hooked to it. I think it will make a good mate for the 22 until I can find a Russel or Cat. The 22 is in very good running condtion. Will check it out when I get home, but needs paint and have been hunting for engine side curtains as they are missing. It is a long way but like I told my wife " think of all the treasures a man could see in 4400 miles of travel !" She just shook her head.😆

Good for you... Thats some serious travelin... The farthest I've driven to rescue a Cat was 750 miles one way... and that was on Thanksgiving Day, with my wife beside me. Congratulations on your find.

Hi Snuffy... I'm not in British Columbia as my name might suggest... I'm actually on the coast of California near Santa Cruz... the BC in my name is a carryover from my working days as a Battalion Chief in the City Fire Dept. Wayne

I've got to move a 22 here in Australia pretty soon, the fella who sold it to me keeps sending me photo's of the parts he's stealing off it, like the spark plug cover!!😆

Mine is only 3,000 km away, that's about 1,800 miles, so you get the cigar today, safe travelling and I hope the 22 gives you lots of enjoyment.

Snuffy I spend a very cold year 1976 north of Germanson Landing BC nearest town was Fort St James and it was couple hundred miles I think. We went as far north as Gataga Lake Have a helo or bushplane drop us off places and come back 2 weeks later to pick us up.

It was mining exploration. I hated it. The only thing nice about it was all the wildlife I got to see
