According to the Cat SNID book it came out in 1944 but I have no specific date it was made but was probably around a 1945 or 1946 but just guessing.
That would be 1944 , all 9999 were made in 44-45. 4T0001-4T5260 was 1944,& 4T5261-4T9999 was 1945
