22.8 yds struck, 30 yds heaped.
They are very nice trucks top speed loaded about 36mph, and weight distribution loaded is 33% to each axle. Major issue is the trucks while loaded dumping their box on an unstabile surface with a narrow wheel base. They also make theses trucks with an ejector to evenly push material out of box. Often in my area contractors use the trucks with excavator or wheel tractor scrapers (dual engine) and push dozers depends on job size, distances, haul roads, and conditions.
Thanks Magnet---------you are always "Johnny on the spot"!!!!.
They definitely qualify as nice dump trucks-------I had carried my soon to be 5 yr old grandson up to watch them work. He said they were "cool"---------and he is big into dump trucks and dirt piles right now!!!!!!LOL
Reckon CAT passed the test once again.
