IMPRESSIVE!
Amazing to see a well organized trip with vintage Steam traveling on roads!
I especially like the Push tractor to assist with the load!

Now that was something you don't see everyday!

One pulling...one pushing...good coordination too.

Just the fact that the lowboy trailer survived all these years is pretty darn impressive. I saw the water truck...did they also have someone following with chopped wood for fuel?

Would love to see that in person. It must have been quite the scene during the Great War to see those transports. Very impressive indeed. It is truly great that this equipment survived and was restored by someone to show everyone today a piece of history.

Thanks for posting that link. Now I want to watch the other GDSF video's!

Absolutely amazing, thanks for sharing! 👍 Those old pieces are treasures now, giving us some of the very same sights, sounds, and experiences that those who came before us witnessed first-hand a century ago.

Neat stuff. That trailer looks like it could steer at both ends if needed to.

Excellent video....Can't imagine what it took to find and restore all that equipment.

What's the cable arrangement around the front trailer dolly?

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
