Hi, Wimmera Farmer.
Thanks for the heads up. Now can you let us have some details please, particularly about the camping and registration. Is the camping only for the exhibitors or for anybody who registers for it?
Does this show have a web site yet so that we can go and check it out?
Input? Input? Please?

Brucester, now you will be able to drive "your" 22 in the tractor pull and give her the flogging she really needed without any worries in the world! I'm thinking of trying to get there with a 2 Ton, not sure if it will be pulled there on a trailer behind the Massey Harris 44K, I need to do some time trials and check out a back roads route, it will be about 200 miles each way so will take me a couple of days to drive there at 12mph flat out.
Hope you can make to Hamilton for the 2017 rally Mike , we'll be there,

Hi Steve, I reckon there will be a chance if I'm still above ground, and Anna the Saint hasn't taken away my keys! Thanks for the photo of the wooden crawler, that was a neat bit of work.
Colin, are there showers there at Warracknabeal, if I end up rolling out a swag for a few days? Can you email me a entry form please.
Anna the Saint and I called into Warracknabeal last Easter for a quick look and I was very impressed with the huge number of tractors that the organizers had dragged out of the sheds and set up as a static display, and it seemed there were twice as many still jammed in sheds, even a nice old RD6 that just needs a kick in the guts to get her purring again.
Regards
Mike

Hi, Mike M.
Funny how hard it can be to get information about some things, ain't it. I have just made TWO phone calls, one to the Historical Society on the number listed on their web site and the second to a number given me from there. The lady at the historical society didn't know anything about any camping on site - or about anything much at all it seemed, but she did give me another number to call, which asked me to leave a message. Said message has been left and I will await further results.
There is SBA on the web site about any camping or facilities for such. Seems like whoever built their web site wasn't hardly on the ball if there is indeed camping on site. Then again, there ain't much of anything else on the web site either. Could it be that these wonderful people who put so much effort and time into this show are being let down a bit by the 'Hysterical' Society?

Hi Deas, I guess maybe most the folks there are like me and not really good at computer stuff and just assume the word get's out about the great Museum and their annual Rally, it seems to me there is a lot of work involved in setting up and maintaining web sites and nothing is free anymore is it, like internet access.
About the lady you spoke to on the phone, I reckon she probably didn't understand your accent either...
Regards
Mike
